This is my first time regenerating the python SDK - please review. I used this command to regenerate it:
autorest --version=latest --tag=package-2018-02 --python --azure-arm=true --python-sdks-folder=E:\FileStore\Code\azure-sdk-for-python --python-mode=update --package-version=0.36.0 --payload-flattening-threshold=2 --license-header=MICROSOFT_MIT_NO_VERSION --namespace=azure.mgmt.web --package-name=azure-mgmt-web
