TypeSpec defined a namespace Azure.AI.Projects.ServicePatterns that contains a TypeSpec template for common operations used by Datasets and Indexes. This results in an unused property service_patterns on AIProjectClient that does nothing, and emitted ServicePattern classes that do nothing. I'm trying to update the TypeSpec namespace so that will not happen, but running into some issues. So for the time being, I'm manually editing the Python emitted code to unblock release so anything to do with service patter does not appear in the public API surface.

Could the servicepatterns modules been put into Azure.AI.Projects namespace?
This was done for Agents (ie, Azure.AI.Agents instead of Azure.AI.Agents.ServicePatterns). It will remove the "extra" things.

Yes! I saw that. That's what I'm trying to do but getting weird TypeSpec compilation issues. I'll keep trying. As far as I can tell, that will just move the unused Classes into the other emitted _operations.py files, together with the other operations methods, instead of keeping them separated in a new folder (making it easy for me to delete them...). But I want to give it a try.
