TypeSpec SDK Generation Plan for DevTestLabs

Generating Python SDK from TypeSpec specification for azure-rest-api-specs PR #35346.

Target TypeSpec project:

  • h. Black validation
  • i. Samples validation
  • j. Breaking changes validation
• 4. Documentation updates (CHANGELOG.md, version updates)
• 5. Commit and push changes
• 6. Create pull request in draft mode
• 7. Handoff to azure-rest-api-specs agent
