CAE team and MSI team are working on turning on CAE by default for MSI v1. So what that means is, App developers will start seeing CAE even without setting the capability - "CP1". CAE team and MSI team are working on turning on CAE by default for MSI v1. So, what that means is, App developers will start seeing CAE even without setting the capability - "CP1".
The new CAE code path is now tested by all existing unit tests. API reference docs are also updated.
This PR will close #725 .
