Description
Update the semantic version to match neuronsimulator/nrn#1597, which will be merged imminently.
With neuronsimulator/nrn#1762 and #796 CoreNEURON is versioned according to the NEURON scheme. This PR updates CoreNEURON to 9.0.0 so the CoreNEURON submodule commit can be updated in neuronsimulator/nrn#1597.
The CI is running against the branches of neuronsimulator/nrn#1597 and BlueBrain/spack#1624.
Use certain branches in CI pipelines.
