Remove “ec-” prefix from Form Type column in downloaded Caseworker Journey CSV

Description:
In the Caseworker Journey module, when downloading the CSV file, the Form Type column displays values with an “ec-” prefix (e.g., “ec-household”).

Expected Behavior:
The Form Type column should display clean, readable form names without prefixes.
Examples:

“household” instead of “ec-household”
“vca” instead of “ec-vca”

Current Behavior:
Form names in the downloaded CSV include the “ec-” prefix.
