  1. Ignored changes from rpc/lib.rs as they are irrelevant to Cere code base.
  2. We need the changes related to the nomination pool as it revamps the current logic. Revamp nomination pool reward scheme paritytech/substrate#11669
  3. Ignored changes from node/service.rs as they are Polkadot specific because there are no the same changes in Substrate
