Dashboard Update - Display which validator indices are connected to a running node

Problem description

@chiemerieezechukwu has requested that we add a feature to our dashboard (potentially validator monitor). He would like to be able to see with a glance which validator indices are connected to a node. Another option could be a simple log line for which are connected when the node starts or validator indices change.

Solution description

Infrastructure operators can easy tell which indices are connected to a node
