Code Tools - All CLI Tools - Models from disabled model platforms appear in the models, causing confusion in the model list and preventing selection:

1. The platforms in the list are all disabled, but models from those platforms appear in the selectable model list, causing confusion.

Bug Description

代码工具 - 所有CLI工具 - 模型里都出现了未开启的模型平台里的模型，导致列表模型混乱无法选择，如下图所示：

1. 清单里的平台都是关闭的，但是平台里的模型却出现在可选模型列表里，导致混乱。

2. 其他模型工具也有一样的情况，这种情况在v1.9.9里没有出现过，希望修复。
