2n7002D vs DDC114TU-7-f

Hi, The BOM contains an entry U7 IC for the 2n7002D dual MOSFET SOT363 package, but the schematic calls for the DDC114TU dual BJT device in this package. I noticed the original Espressif design uses the BC847BDW1T1G SOT363 dual BJT device, which seems closer to the U7 in the schematic, not the BOM. I was wondering if this discrepancy is a mistake, and which chip should be used?
