Fatal errors when indexing GCC headers for missing __builtin functions

Have a lot of fatal errors for intrinsics if it used in sources.
xmmintrin.h

return __builtin_ia32_movss(__A,__B);
// fatal error on __builtin

Does the xmmintrin.h file include any other header file where these builtin types get defined, or are they built into gcc?

Coati does the indexing with clang, so maybe this is a compatibility issue.

I found an explanation: http://clang.llvm.org/compatibility.html#vector_builtins

These builtin functions are an internal implementation detail of GCC, and are not portable to the Intel compiler, the Microsoft compiler, or Clang.

So seems like Coati really can't index these GCC headers, because the Clang based implementation can't deal with these __builtin functions.

The new version of Coati lets you select a specific C/C++ standard in your project settings. So this issue may be gone when selecting a gnu based standard for this project.

Fixed with 2018.2.73
Real issue were missing clang compiler headers. They are now shipped within our Sourcetrail package for Linux and macOS.
