Pull request overview
This PR repositions the Comment (InsertAnnotation) button in the Calc notebookbar's Insert tab, moving it to the left side to appear immediately after the Table section and before the Illustrations section (which contains Chart). The old complex container structure around both the Comment button and CharmapControl has been simplified.
Key changes:
- Moved InsertAnnotation button from end of Insert tab to position after Table section
- Simplified CharmapControl and InsertAnnotation from nested container structure to standalone items
