[feature] Auto select all "seed" values of all nodes of the current workflow and assign to them a value, Same for the "Control after generate" #6152

Is there an existing issue for this?
- I have searched the existing issues and checked the recent builds/commits
What problem are you experiencing?
If the workflow is too big and I want to redo a run and slightly chnage something but keep the seeds, I havbe to go over all sampler and change one by one the value to "Fixed"
i want to do it in one click.
