Trigger fresh baseline generation for browser tests. The animated webp screenshot baseline was corrupted by flaky results and needs regeneration.

Empty commit to provide a clean baseline generation trigger for browser tests.
Background
PR #5158 regenerated screenshot baselines but captured flaky test results, particularly for the animated webp test. This became the new baseline, making the test unreliable.
Solution
This empty commit PR provides a fresh starting point to regenerate proper baselines via manual GitHub Actions trigger.
