Rename workflow to follow release naming conventions 
- Rename file: weekly-comfyui-release.yaml → release-weekly-comfyui.yaml
- Update name: "Weekly ComfyUI Release" → "Release: Weekly ComfyUI"
- Follows pattern of other release-* workflows
