FIX wrong VAT rates on supplier invoice templates
We noticed that the available VAT rates shown in dropdowns on the supplier invoice template card are sometimes (not always) wrong, because the $buyer and $seller object were copy-pasted from the customer invoice template card, where $mysoc is the seller and $object->thirdparty is the buyer.
