Import Error on LMS

I have Python 3.10. I downloaded the code and compiled and installed required dependencies. When I run the simple_forecast.py, it comes with error ImportError: cannot import name 'lms' from 'lms' (C:\Python\lib\site-packages\lms.py). Please guide.
