Preserve timestamps when extracting (.zip) archives

Feature description

All timestamps of files inside archives are lost when extracting them using File Manager. Although I consider this as a problem introduced by the app, I'm hesitant to report it as a bug. As such, I'd like to pose this as a feature request to preserve timestamps when extracting (.zip) archives.

Why do you want this feature?

File managers should not tamper with important metadata, such as file timestamps.

It's more like a bug by omission. Metadata should be preserved when compressing or decompressing files.
