Add back-to-top button using vanilla-back-top:

  1. create assets directory and put the java script codes vanilla-back-to-top.min.js in assets/js/
  2. change the size of button to 45px in vanilla-back-to-top.min.js. The default size seems to be a bit big.
  3. Include the the java script codes in _layouts/default.html:
