PDF: images are not centered

I have some png images in my book. When exported to pdf, images are not centered. I have to manually add HTML center tags to make that work, which is not ideal.

@SamyPesse I just downloaded the last version of gitbook, and images are still not centered in pdf.

@SamyPesse This issue should be reopened, the images in PDF are still not centered.
