chrome seems to load old content (even if I flush the cache, disable caching in the JS console)

... though it works fine in "In Cognito" mode.

Its odd - the site works great in Firefox and Safari; but something's borked so that Chrome seems to never want to reload a page if it changes.

Is there anyway to force the cache flush or manually update a revision ID or something? Its kinda odd ;)

Chrome tries to load the appcache file http://fabric8.io/gitbook/manifest.appcache but ultimately fails:

No idea if that's the issue here, but there seem to be quite a lot of pointless entries in there anyway, like several LICENSE and backup files.
Try fully deleting it maybe?
