The bug in pypa/packaging#234 is now in the current stable pip.

We probably need to max-base rebuilt so https://github.com/IBM/MAX-Base/blob/d68dcccec49725b659b6ef5988e82d841e21233c/Dockerfile.arm32v7#L31 can be rerun... |
I triggered a new build, do you think we should make a new release so that people with the old tag cached locally won't experience this issue? The problem with a new release is that there has been no new code added to MAX-Base since the previous release |
