v3.6.5 — Material Passport literature_corpus[] Consumer Integration

Phase 1 corpus consumer integration: bibliography_agent (deep-research) and
literature_strategist_agent (academic-paper) read user-curated literature_corpus[]
via the corpus-first, search-fills-gap flow with PRE-SCREENED reproducibility.

Two-PR rollout: PR-A (#41) shipped the single-consumer pre-release on 2026-04-26;
PR-B (#42) shipped the release sweep — second consumer, version sweep, CHANGELOG,
and Schema 9 caveat retirement — on 2026-04-27.

ARS v3.6.4 — Material Passport literature_corpus[] input port

Adds the literature_corpus[] field to Schema 9 as an optional input
port for user-owned literature, plus three reference Python adapters
(folder_scan, zotero, obsidian), a language-neutral adapter contract,
rejection_log schema, CI lint + pytest workflow.

This release defines the input port only. Consumer-side integration
(agents that READ literature_corpus[]) is deferred to v3.6.5+.

v3.6.3 — Passport Reset Boundary + resume_from_passport

Opt-in cross-session context reset anchored by the Material Passport ledger.

- ARS_PASSPORT_RESET=1 flag promotes every FULL checkpoint into a reset
  boundary. systematic-review mode with the flag ON = mandatory reset;
  other modes = strong-default. Flag OFF preserves pre-v3.6.3 behavior
  byte-for-byte.
- resume_from_passport=<hash> [stage=<n>] [mode=<m>] mode resumes a
  pipeline run in a fresh Claude Code session from the ledger alone.
- Schema 9 reset_boundary[] append-only field (kind: boundary / resume).
  Hash via JSON Canonical Form + SHA-256 with "000000000000" placeholder.
- pending_decision with per-branch {value, next_stage, next_mode} routing.
  Value uniqueness enforced by CI lint.
- Concurrency: POSIX fcntl.flock LOCK_EX, bounded timeout ≤ 60 s, 30 s
  recommended. Non-POSIX MUST refuse to resume rather than degrade silently.

5 rounds codex audit + /simplify + per-task two-stage review.
PR #38. 17 files, +1130/-21.

Breaking changes: none.

v3.6.2 — Reviewer Sprint Contract Hard Gate

Schema 13 sprint contract + validator + two reviewer templates +
reviewer hard-gate orchestration (Phase 1 paper-content-blind +
Phase 2 paper-visible) + synthesizer three-step mechanical protocol.

Reviewer-only first test case; writer/evaluator deferred to v3.6.4.
