Clarification on the Source and Dataset Used for MIMIC-EX

For the example dataset, MIMIC-EX, where did you get this dataset? I was unable to locate any matching examples in the MIMIC-Note 2.2 dataset. Could you please clarify which base dataset was used to construct MIMIC-EX?

Additionally, I would like to know more about the full experiment setup. Did you use MIMIC-IV (including both hospital and ICU data) and perform postprocessing on it, or did you use the dataset MIMIC-Note? Or maybe both? Any insights on how the data was handled would be greatly appreciated.
