Enrich LocalTxMonitor to report other tx size dimensions

As of PR #1175, the LocalTxMonitor has easy access to all of the size dimensions. Benkort confirmed they would be useful #1175 (comment).

This Issue is to update LocalTxMonitor to handle those dimensions.
