v11.0.0-dev.2 contains up to 9264854. For the current FM
TileLayerdesign (which is copied into the vector plugin), it adds support to allow for tile providers which extendVectorTileProviderto use theprovideTilemethod introduced in v10. Additionally, it uses the changes to fix #183.This is released as a prerelease, since it is expected that the core tile layer design and 3rd party integration may change in the near-to-middle-term future, which may require an overhaul of the
FMTCTileProvider.This PR will not be worked on further until there is more certainty.
