Before it looked like "Configure 'map(provider(?))' class generation for commonMain"
- Refactored NativeBinary handling to include frameworks and SwiftExportStaticLibrary. - Improved resource sync task configuration for binaries with new classifier logic.
- Add missing `dependsOn` for tasks handling SPM intermediates with static libraries. - Reference: https://youtrack.jetbrains.com/issue/KT-82332.
