Hi! I am a senior lecturer in the School of Economics at the University of Queensland. Previously, I worked at the KDI School of Public Policy and Management in Sejong City, South Korea, and New York University. I am also a Research Fellow at IZA (Institute of Labor Economics) in Bonn, Germany and an affiliated researcher with J-PAL. My research and teaching interests include the microeconomics of development, applied microeconometrics, labor markets in developing countries, and poverty, as well as the application of data science/machine learning to better understand development.
