🧾 Feature: Buyer Management Module
Description: We need to build the Buyer Management section under the CRM module. This feature will allow users (mainly merchandisers or admins) to manage buyer profiles, contacts, purchase orders, compliance, and communication logs.
🎯 Main Menu: Buyer Management
Purpose: To handle all information and activities related to each buyer.
🧩 Sub-Modules / Pages
1. Buyer List / Directory
- View all buyers in a table format
- Search & filter (by country, status, category, etc.)
- Quick actions: View / Edit / Delete / Archive
2. Buyer Details Page
- Basic info: Buyer name, company, country, contact, logo, website
- Relationship info: Since date, Key Account Manager
- Notes / internal remarks
3. Buyer Contacts
- Manage buyer-side contact persons
- Fields: Name, Designation, Email, Phone, Department
- Add / Edit / Delete options
4. Buyer Orders / PO Summary
- Display all Purchase Orders related to the buyer
- Show order status (Pending / In Production / Shipped / Completed)
- Link to Order Management module
5. Buyer Pricing & Terms
- Store agreed price ranges per product category
- Define payment terms (LC / TT / COD)
- Include currency, Incoterms (FOB / CIF), bank & freight info
6. Buyer Compliance & Certificates
- Track compliance certifications (BSCI, SEDEX, WRAP, GOTS, OEKO-TEX, etc.)
- Option to upload files and set validity/expiry dates
7. Communication Log
- Record meeting notes, emails, and discussions
- Attach files
- Add follow-up reminders
8. Sample & Development History
- Track design samples, comments, and approvals
- Link with Product Development module
9. Buyer Performance / Analytics
- Order volume by year
- On-time delivery rate
- Payment performance
- Top ordered products
10. Documents / Files
- Upload and manage buyer-related documents
- Examples: contracts, tech packs, style sheets, agreements

- Keep consistent layout with existing CRM modules
- Use cards or tabs in Buyer Details Page for easy navigation (Profile / Orders / Contacts / Compliance / Analytics)
