Material Design 3: Various tasks completed

This first commit addresses following tasks:

• Typography
• NotoFontExtension
• MaterialDesign3.Defaults.xaml
• MaterialDesign2.Defaults.xaml + replaced in repository

I copied the MaterialDesignDemo and changed every namespace mention to MaterialDesign3Demo to make developing of the Material Design 3 spec easier. The demo app has not been altered further at this moment.

For the typography page, I recreated the image from https://m3.material.io/styles/typography/tokens

@Keboo if you find the time, can you give some feedback?

Is this the way you'd like to go with Material Design 3?

Also, what about the MaterialDesignTheme.Wpf namespace? Should it also be renamed to MaterialDesign3.Wpf? This is more related to the non ResourceDictionary files.

I think this looks good.

As for the namespace I think we want to keep it as MaterialDesignTheme.Wpf. I think the goal will be to have the Material Design 3 templates being able to be used on the same controls along side the Material Design 2 templates.
