Includes releases for `@metamask/eth-json-rpc-provider`,
`@metamask/json-rpc-middleware-stream`.
This release allows `@metamask/utils` to be bumped to `9.0.0` in all
dependencies of
`@metamask/{providers,eth-block-tracker,eth-json-rpc-middleware}`
