Particularly, the scope for the emulator path changes to use the appid instead of a fixed URI.

Particularly, the scope for the emulator path changes to use the appid instead of a fixed URI. I added the endpoint (which matches the connector path) for completeness as these are all of the key/values that are needed for the emulator authentication path.
