Clarified the terminology around endpoints. The term 'listener' was being used in reference to an endpoint, but there was the possibility that the use of this term could cause confusion as the term 'listener' is more commonly associated with the Availability Group listener.

Pull Request Overview
This PR clarifies terminology in the distributed availability groups documentation by replacing ambiguous uses of "listener" with "database mirroring endpoint" to avoid confusion with Availability Group listeners, which are a different concept.
- Updated section headings to use "database mirroring endpoint" instead of "listener"
- Clarified references to "listener endpoints" as "database mirroring endpoints" throughout the text
- Maintained technical accuracy while improving terminology consistency
