Ticket:
This PR does the following:
Adds verification tests for the Languages field.
Uses scenario method to handle navigation between different test records (default vs. sample1, sample2, etc.).
Updated spec to utilize the new scenario loader.
Added verification for both Language text content and links.
Open questions
This branch was cut from qa so as not to depend on other open PRs, but does use the "scenario" method for flexible test-sample record navigation (see #498)
How has this been tested? How should a reviewer test this?
All tests passing locally when run against the production build.
