This patch includes fixes of options for pptp which greatly improve pptp performance on modern 100 mbit+ connections, which are still used in some old Russian networks, for example. Also, when NetworkManager calls pptp, options are read from pptp's config file /etc/ppp/options.pptp and are applied if it exists. This patch originates from https://forum.rosalinux.ru/viewtopic.php?t=9229, where users had problems with pptp connections using NetworkManager.
