This allows the module to co-exist with other uses of its dependencies. Issue: martasd#12
This does no longer appear in the the Puppet MySQL module, causing the Puppet to fail.
Add instance option that allows a wiki to be accessed through a unique virtual host name, rather than a unique path.
This can be used to automate the database update process.
This was done by merging branch [dspinellis/]'master' into merge-dds

Pull-in various enhancements implemented over the years on top of the martasd base with the hope they will be released as part of this widely downloaded version.
