Update WSTG IDs after Merges

After #502 , we need to update the ID tables in order to remove INPV-03 and fix the later ones.

Should this issue be left open till the end of 4.2 and update the tables before release?

WSTG-INPV-03 was removed and merged into WSTG-CONF-06

WSTG-INFO-09 was removed and merged into WSTG-INFO-08.
