This PR cleans the chainConfig property in the generated genesis.json file, so it doesn't include the optional
MaxCodeSizeandMaxInitCodeSizeparameters.This is because the fields of the chainConfig generated here needs to match the one that is sent on-chain on rollup creation. Since these 2 properties are usually not sent on-chain, they are removed from the default path.
