[Bug][Kotlin-client] Can now handle default dataclass values for multiplatform

While I fixed #10866 in #12213, it turns out that using library=multiplatform generates different code. This PR fixes invalid Kotlin code being generated for multiplatform.

The relevant file changed in the sample is this one
