openapi-yaml generator ignored
outputFileconfig option and always wrote the output toopenapi/openapi.yamlfile.This PR takes
outputFileinto consideration and if not provided generator defaults output toopenapi/openapi.yamlto preserve backwards compatibility.Fixes #3198
