First draft of the Workflow API docs

I think this is all correct but not a single example has been tested. I'll run a suite of tests later on, make any edits, then push for review.

@theroinaochieng Workflow API docs are ready!

I've run a bunch of QA alongside this to test out various examples. We don't need to do any more testing before release.

Maybe someone could proofread and approve this for me then we can put it out there
