After having used the osi-validation module I wonder if there is a reason why the dimension of the last/first BoundaryPoint must adhere to specific values (13/14 cm)?

This indeed seems to be a left over of prototyping the rules when they were introduced, and hence should be removed in the upcoming maintenance/minor release, especially as we are moving towards autogenerating rules checking in the new ASAM QC framework.
