Removes raw token list from utilities and typography pages

These tokens should never be used directly so not showing them is best

There are still some pages in customize folder that contains raw tokens. I'm not sure which one if any we should remove, maybe in color-modes ?

There are still some in:

• opacity.md
• gutters.md

For the customize section, I think it's fine to still have them since we explain the behavior and I think people need all the cards to understand how it works.
