There's no Substrate runtime migration need todo, according to https://github.com/paritytech/polkadot/releases/tag/v0.9.22

Notable changes:

• Add force_batch to utility pallet paritytech/substrate#11148
  • Updated forked utility pallet to the Substrate version, but made an alias for batch_try for compatibility, events are migrated to Substrate version
  • PRB will switch to force_batch when new runtime upgraded
• jsonrpsee integration paritytech/substrate#8783
  • Some node arguments changed may affect solo-mining or how khala-node running
• Dependency Injection Trait Locker for Uniques Pallet paritytech/substrate#11025
  • PhalaWorld need this
  • Khala hasn't integrated unique pallet yet
