Comment thread README.md

Polymarket resolutions don't care for real-world facts. Instead, whoever has more money can arbitrarily decide the result of any market, SO BE CAUTIOS!

Example: `https://polymarket.com/event/trump-declassifies-ufo-files-in-2025/trump-declassifies-ufo-files-in-2025` resolved to YES. Reason? UMA can manipulate the results and to counter it you need to put more money into it, so, at the end it seems it's a matter of whoever has more money, decides the result instead of the actual result of it.

Bug: Inappropriate accusatory content added to project documentation

The "IMPORTANT NOTICE" section appears to be inappropriate content for official project documentation. It contains informal, accusatory language claiming UMA "can manipulate the results" and that resolutions "don't care for real-world facts." The tone and content (including the typo "CAUTIOS") are inconsistent with the professional technical documentation in the rest of the README. This reads like a personal grievance rather than legitimate project documentation and may have been committed by mistake or represent an attempt at defacement.

Added a section outlining complaints against Polymarket regarding fraudulent practices and violations of various laws.
