It looks like pytest-dev/pytest#5255 was closed without changing the behavior. Should we go with this solution? |

I am going to merge this now so CI will be passing again. We can revisit later if a better alternative becomes available. |

registers
pytest.mark.slowas used to mark slow tests. Hopefully this should get CI working again with currentpytestpytest.iniwas missing fromMANIFEST.in, so I have added it here
