Foreign non_exhaustive structs can be destructured, provided `..` wildcard syntax is used.

non_exhaustivestructs can be destructured, provided..wildcard syntax is used, along with a short code snippet to illustrate (the referenced doc on the non_exhaustive attribute mentions this too, along with a couple examples).
