Review `<div>...</div>` pairs in books

I've found multiple places where our `<div class='together'> ... </div>` pairs have become unmatched. Validate these in each of the three books.

Note that it seems that the latest version of Markdeep no longer has issues requiring blank lines before the closing `</div>` tag; verify.
