Final Burn Alpha SDL for MiyooCFW (revision "m3")

CHANGELOG:

• CP Sytem: use older QSound z80 code for less overhead
• add default rom path in /roms/FBA/
• fixed roms browser in emu (switched back to uClibc SDK)

ISSUES:

• savestates frequently bugs out when trying to load-state in a new play session (i.e. after restarting emulator).

NOTES:

• this is a compatible build, with static uClibc libs (works also on musl img) with PGO over SSystem16
• to install run this IPK pkg from latest gmenu2x's explorer (available in MiyooCFW 2.0)
