Extension doesn't get enabled anymore

I tried to install it on a new computer this week and it just doesn't get enabled anymore:

I tried setting xpinstall.signatures.required to false as usually but it didn't work as expected.

My guess is that because http://www.sebuilder.com/ went offline, firefox can't fetch the repository.json (http://www.sebuilder.com/repository.json) and doesn't enable it.

You can retarget where it looks for repository.json by setting extensions.seleniumbuilder.plugins.repository in about:config. But that won't help if Firefox refuses to enable Builder at all!

Well, so, uh, having Builder v2 installed causes Firefox 47 to hard crash on startup for me. 😿

The crash is solved in the next firefox version (47.0.1 I think).
However, I have the same problem as @fedevegili with firefox version 48.0
